Communication
When you choose to communicate with us telephonically, electronically, by email, chat- or messenger- service and/or similar your name, telephone number and/or email address will be uploaded to the specific services’ servers and/or backed up to our cloud servers, which is/are a member of the ‘EU/US Privacy Shield’. E-mail logs on the server of our provider are anonymised after one day, will however only be deleted after four weeks, to ensure functionality.
Your Data
We do not sell or have any intention to sell your data to anyone. We only use/share your specifically relevant data with 3rd party service providers after your consent, while rendering/which render the services requested by you and/or in order to improve your experience whilst rendering/executing any services and as may be required by law. Certain data we request from you, once you decide to utilise our services are statutory and we may be required by law to retain this information and furthermore may be unable to provide our services (subject to our Standard Terms & Conditions of Trade) without being in receipt of the requested information, before commencement of the service/s.

While requesting any service from us, your main-data may be stored on an encrypted cloud server, accessible only from authorised company devices and by a limited number of essential staff. Our cloud service/s uses industry-standard encryption. Your main-data is kept for either future reference/services you may require or as may be required by law.

We use industry-standard encryption for data transmissions to ensure that your data remains secure. We cannot however accept any responsibility whatsoever for the security in relation to any of your device/s, server/s as well as data transmitted (sent,received and/or stored) by you. You can contact us by email for any questions, requests and/or concerns you may have and we will reply to you timeously.
